Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AMANA CORPORATE's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UAE laws, including but not limited to:

  • UAE Central Bank Law (Federal Law No. 14 of 2018)
  • UAE Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Law (Federal Law No. 20 of 2018)
  • UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021)
  • UAE Commercial Law (Federal Law No. 18 of 1993)
  • UAE Companies Law (Federal Law No. 32 of 2021)

Service Description

AMANA CORPORATE provides business banking facilitation services in the UAE, including:

  • Business bank account opening assistance
  • Document preparation and review services
  • Liaison with UAE banks and financial institutions
  • Regulatory compliance consultation
  • Business setup advisory services

All banking services are subject to final approval by the respective UAE banks and regulatory authorities. AMANA CORPORATE acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee account approval.

Eligibility and KYC Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a legitimate business entity registered or intending to register in the UAE
  • Provide accurate and complete information for KYC procedures
  • Comply with UAE Central Bank's Know Your Customer requirements
  • Submit all required documentation as per UAE banking regulations
  • Undergo enhanced due diligence procedures when required

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All transactions must comply with UAE AML/CFT regulations
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or suspicious activities
  • We may report suspicious transactions to UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if AML requirements are not met
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting may be required

Data Protection and Privacy

In accordance with UAE Data Protection Law (Federal Law No. 45 of 2021):

  • Your personal data will be processed lawfully and transparently
  • Data will be used only for specified, legitimate purposes
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
  • You have rights regarding your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Cross-border data transfers comply with UAE regulations

Service Fees, Payments, and No Refund Policy

Service fees are clearly disclosed before service commencement. Payment terms include:

  • All fees are subject to 5% UAE VAT as applicable
  • Payment is due as per agreed payment terms
  • Additional charges may apply for rush processing or complex cases

No Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)

All payments made to AMANA CORPORATE are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed, regardless of service outcome.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Bank rejection or delays
  • Regulatory or compliance issues
  • Client-side documentation issues
  • Change of mind or business decision

Credit-Only Policy

In exceptional cases, and solely at the discretion of AMANA CORPORATE, the paid amount may be converted into a service credit. Such credit:

  • Can only be used for future services within AMANA CORPORATE
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted into cash or refunded
  • May be subject to a validity period determined by the Company

By proceeding with payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund and Credit-Only Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
  • We are not liable for decisions made by banks or regulatory authorities
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes
  • Force majeure events may affect service delivery
  • Client's failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations as the first step
  • Mediation through Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) if required
  • UAE courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction
  • UAE law shall govern these terms

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification.
